OEC Course in Sacramento Area. Boreal National Ski Patrol is offering an Outdoor Emergency Care course for people wanting to become patrollers.  The course is tentatively scheduled to start on July 21 and run on Mondays and Thursdays through November 6th, from 6:00 pm to 1000 pm.  This course will focus on developing superior assessment skills in the candidate and rely on the NSP textbook and intensive hands-on training.  Pending approval, the class location will be at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center at Mather (Sacramento).  Interested candidates should  contact Steve Shotz  at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for more information.
